The cuisine at Zach's Cabin is American with a distinctly Pacific flavor. Serving amazing plates of Muscovy Duck, Rack of Lamb, Elk Tenderloin and other perfectly prepared dishes. Open for the winter season December 9th through Saturday, March 31st and availble for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Zach's Cabin is located on the mountainside high above Bachelor Gulch. Reservations are required.
