Mamie's Mountain Grill is located at the top of the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift. Open daily during ski season. Mamie’s unique menu features grill-your-own options of Colorado lamb or chicken and burgers, homemade signature soups, European style hot dogs and a wide selection of other options. They are located on-mountain at the top of Bachelor Gulch with stunning views every way you look. Open for the winter season through April 1st.

Marko's Pizzeria is located in Edwards, Colorado and features the best pizzas, pastas, subs, salads and more in the Vail Valley. The atmosphere is always casual and relaxing in this full service family restaurant serving authentic Italian recipes passed down from their kitchen to your table. They even have gluten-free pizzas! They offer a great variety of house pizzas and pastas, calzones and subs, delicious garlic knots and so many more mouth-watering options. This is a wonderful, family friendly restaurant with authentic and memorable dishes that will keep you coming back time and time again.

Located in the Westin River Resort at Beaver Creek Mountain, Maya has Mexican classics of the finest quality and over 100 choices of tequila! Richard Sandoval, the chef, was named  the “Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine” by the Financial Times. They are open for dinner from 4 PM to 10PM, as well as breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, from 10:30 AM.

Ski over to McCoy's Cafe & Bar for a hearty breakfast before a long day on the slopes. They're open for lunch and apres ski as well so if you get hungry mid way through the day or get thirsty later in the afternoon, McCoy's is the perfect apres ski spot on the mountain, with live entertainment each night. McCoy's is located at the base of the Centennial Lift. This casual restaurant serves up barbeque, burgers, pizza, soups, sandwiches and so much more. 

Metropolitan exudes a fun and eclectic flare specializing in coffee, tapas and wine. Each day the restaurant is a coffee and breakfast bar while the scene lights up each evening, transforming into a wine and tapas bar. Beaver Creek is one of the first ski resorts to have a tapas bar and those who eat in the style of traditional Spanish tapas have a hard time going back to full dinner menus. They serve over 80 wines from all over the world and were each handpicked by the owner and managers, who between them have over 70 years of restaurant, fine dining and wine experience. You can choose the four course tasting menu or any of the delectable items, the variety is fantastic.

Montana's Cantina & Grill is Avon's newest hot spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or apres and late night. The Northside Coffee Kitchen is the Vail Valley's premier homestyle eatery. They serve delicious, fresh donuts and pastries, homemade roast beef, huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos and everything else you need to get you going for the day as well as satisfy your craving for homestyle food. They also serve Blue Bottle Coffee which is roasted daily and flown in from San Francisco. Each cup is ground to order and always fresh. The Cafe is located inside the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily.  It is the perfect spot to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out for an adventure filled day. Located at the base of Centennial lift, Powder 8 Kitchen & Tap is the perfect place to prop your boots up and take in the mountain scenery after a fun day on the slopes. Powder 8 Kitchen & Tap does Après-ski the proper way with ice cold beers, great food, fire pit on the deck and live music.

If you're looking for a true cafe, stop on by the Route 6 Cafe in Vail. They are best regarded for their breakfast, giving you the energy you need for a long hike or a day on the slopes. The prices are very reasonable and the wait staff is attentive. The eggs benedict and full monte have receieved great reviews and a brunch menu is also available.
